About Ashley

Ashley O'Connell

Ashley is a Reiki Master with over 12 years of teaching experience. She is also a trained Holistic Hypnotist and Instructor, as well as a Master of NLP.  With a background in health care, as a PSW and RPN, Ashley has always been curious about alternative healing and began exploring different modalities during her career in healthcare.

Impressed with her own experiences and healing, she opened her own Holistic practice 13 years ago and began working with clients. As her practice evolved, Ashley added emotional release techniques and began working with Andean Shamans, healers from Peru who work with Ayahuasca medicine.

As of late, Ashley has felt called to empower others through her teachings and online courses. She is committed to providing a protected, safe space where you can deepen your own practice, and strengthen your connection within.
